The team (Jason and Ta'Rone) came in quickly, assessed the problem, and got to work right away. They were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient throughout the entire process. I want to recognize the excellent service from Matthew’s Plumbing overall. I reached out on Saturday morning with a list of everything I needed done. Matt personally called me within an hour, had a quote to me before noon that same day, and the work was scheduled for Thursday. That kind of responsiveness and organization is rare these days. On the scheduled day, James arrived and did an outstanding job on a full day of plumbing work at my home. Before starting, he took the time to clearly walk me through the process, expected timeline, and what to expect throughout the day, which I really appreciated. He then installed a new tankless water heater, replaced our disposal, rebuilt one of the toilets, and installed a new PRV. He completed everything on schedule, made sure all systems were working properly before leaving, and the quality of the workmanship was excellent. Just as important, James was professional, easy to work with, and great to have in the house during the project. From start to finish, the whole experience was smooth, professional, and exceeded expectations. I would absolutely recommend Matthew’s Plumbing and James to anyone needing plumbing work.

Matthew’s Plumbing is hands-down the best plumbing company in the Triangle! I have used them several times for bathroom and kitchen plumbing issues, and there is not a challenge that they can’t handle. They have replaced an entire shower/tub combination in my guest bathroom, which included replacing a valve and required cutting into drywall. They cut the smallest and most concise piece of drywall in order to perform the job needed. They also replaced a dishwasher for me and disposed of the previous dishwasher. They get the job done in a timely fashion, are neat and tidy as they go, their prices are competitive, and their knowledge, expertise, and skill set are at the top of their field.
