We have had a plumber for the last few years but the last couple of times it's seemingly getting more and more expensive to use them. We got the recommendation for Matthew's through our realtor and the experience was great, from the desk agent to the plumber himself.We had an issue where we were getting a sewer smell in our bathroom and could not tell where it was coming from. James came out and told us we had a dry p-trap and to run water in the tub every couple of weeks and it would be take care of the issue.When you have issues like this, you worry about it being something major and it was great to have James come out and assess it right away and alleviate our concerns. We'll definitely call them again the next time we have a plumbing issue.

James came to our house and was a delight to work with. He took the time to answer all of our questions and was incredibly helpful. The original technician assigned to us had to call out sick, but someone from the office was very prompt to give us a call and had our house reassigned while still keeping the same day appointment. Overall a great experience working with everyone we spoke to!

Highly recommend. Jerry came out to go over what we needed, provided an estimate then James came out to handle the work. There were few hiccups…cuz you know plumbing lol…but James did a great job (& he had jokes). All my interactions with the office staff were great too. Will definitely call them again!
